These terms are the agreement between you and Jerry Kwong for use of the C-Rex app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your login details secure. One person, one account — accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
Streaks, XP, challenges and leaderboards only mean something if they are earned. You agree not to:
We may reset XP, streaks or leaderboard standing, remove rewards, or suspend accounts we reasonably believe are cheating.
You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a licence to host, store, display and distribute it purely so we can operate the app — nothing more. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with other users and backups pending deletion.
You agree not to post or send anything that:
Zero tolerance for abusive content. Every user can report content and block other users from inside the app. Reports are reviewed and we act on them — removing content, and suspending or permanently banning accounts — without refund and without notice where the breach is serious.
C-Rex is not a medical service. Workout logging, progress charts and AI-generated analysis are for general information and motivation only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for a doctor or a qualified trainer.
Consult a professional before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You train at your own risk. Never rely on the app’s output to make a decision about your health.
C-Rex helps you find gyms and connect with other people. We do not vet users, and we do not own, operate, endorse or verify any gym listed in the app. Gym details come from third-party map data and may be inaccurate or out of date. Any interaction with another user or a gym is entirely between you and them — take normal precautions when meeting anyone in person.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be added or removed over time.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is cheating, or where required by law. Deletion is permanent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
This agreement is between you and Jerry Kwong only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use C-Rex after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
